Our Travel Agent booked last week SREE KARPAGAM DREAMS in Port Blair.Sree karpagam dreams is a boutique hotel with 57 elegantly designed comfortable rooms conveniently located at port Blair town. Its very near to Corbins cow beach and famous sunset point Chidiyatabu beach also very close to airport.They are giving very good hospitality services including deluxe accomondation and MULTI-CUISINE Restaurant and well stocked BAR. The hotel is perfect place to stay whether it is a business or leisure trip , the hospitality will provide you highest standard and quality with , most comfortable and secure accomondation. The food quality was wonderful. Free wifi and laundry also doctor on call .Totaly good managment good service.

Worst hotel experience

My travel agent booked us and few other couples in this hotel for 4 nights for New year holiday. This hotel is very far from the city and tourist spots. We had the regular double room on the second floor. The doors and windows are flimsy with no auditory privacy. The most horrible experience was the toilet stinking of clogged drains and the malodour getting into the bedroom also. The toilet in the first room allotted to us had no exhaust fan and another room given to us had a fan but still it was stinking. Despite my complaints, the management feigned ignorance of the odour. Another room offered to us had no window curtains and plenty of cockroaches!! Since ours was a group we could not change hotels because of nonavailability rooms elsewhere. The rooms had wardrobes built in, strangely there were no bars for hangers. There was not even a hook available in the room and hence there was no way to hang clothes. The rooms had kings bed size bed, but some of the mattresses were queen size with a piece of mattress stitched to make up the size with the result the mattress was uneven on one side. The property is apparently 3 years old, but I cannot understand how the management has not bothered to fix rods in wardrobes, curtain rods and exhaust fans. This is the worst experience of hotel stay I have ever had.
